Hi, I’m Nora 👋🏼
Think of me as your laid-back, listening ear, sister-in-psychiatry.
I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner—but more importantly, I’m someone who listens with compassion and without judgment. This is a safe space to talk honestly about what you’re going through—no pretending, no pressure.
I specialize in women’s mental health, PMDD, perinatal mental health, coping with miscarriage, infertility, postpartum depression, and life transitions.
Maybe you’re in the thick of new motherhood and wondering why you don’t feel like yourself. Maybe you’ve experienced a loss and are carrying a quiet, heavy kind of grief. Maybe you’re pregnant and overwhelmed, or finding that the days leading up to your period feel unbearable—like an emotional rollercoaster you didn’t sign up for. You might be overthinking everything, snapping at people you love, or simply feeling off—and unsure why.
If any of that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out alone, either.
Listen, I know better than most that life has a way of throwing us into the deep end—into grief, confusion, and moments that feel impossibly heavy. But I’ve also learned that hard seasons don’t last forever. Valleys rise into mountains, nights fade into morning, and all storms eventually clear. I can’t promise you a magic solution; there is no pill I can give you or set of words I can say to take away your pain. Healing is hard work and I will never pretend to have all the answers. But I will listen, help you find your footing, and walk alongside you while you figure it out.
That is my promise to you.
-Nora
My Approach
My approach is rooted in treating the whole person. We’ll take a look at your mental and emotional health, but also your body, your habits, your relationships—everything that makes up your day-to-day life. Healing doesn’t come in a one-size-fits-all package. What works for one person might not work for another—and that’s okay. Maybe you’ve seen other providers before and didn’t feel truly heard, or felt like your concerns were brushed aside. That can be incredibly frustrating and discouraging. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood from the start—because your experience matters.
Keep your chin up—you’ve already taken a brave step just by being here.
